The Maryland Innovation Center (MIC) is proud to highlight the incredible progress being made by our resident company, Health Tech Alley, through its dynamic apprenticeship program.

Apprentices at Work: Creating Video Content for App Beacon

This talented team of apprentices has been hard at work using MIC’s state-of-the-art video studio on the 5th floor to produce product videos for another MIC resident, App Beacon. Known for its innovative mobile app platform, App Beacon empowers organizations with real-time solutions for custom branding, booking system redirects, personalized experiences and in-app features. By contributing to App Beacon’s video projects, apprentices are not only honing their skills but also directly impacting the success of a cutting-edge business.

Under the expert guidance of Robert Neal Marshall, a seasoned video production professional, the apprentices have been sharpening their on-camera presence and mastering presentation techniques. These critical skills will open doors to future career opportunities in media production, marketing and beyond.
